Responsibilities:

• Led all the stages of the projects since the early proposal, design, and construction until the closeout.

• Prepared and issued progress designs, budget and schedules.

• Coordinated designs and solved inconsistencies inside the project and among other disciplines to prevent construction changes that could affect project planning and costs.

• Negotiated subcontracts and major purchase orders and monitored their progress and schedule.

• Managed all facets of project closeout, including archiving of documents, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies and warranty work
